Apple not Pay Royalties to Samsung

San Francisco - the law of war between Samsung and Apple continues. The latest news, Apple expressed his complaints in paying patent royalties demanded Samsung.

According to Apple, the price demanded patent royalties Samsung higher than the requested Samsung at vendors other than Apple. On the other hand, Apple has asked Samsung to pay compensation amounting to USD 2.5 billion.

Samsung reportedly asked for 2.4% of the sales price of Apple's mobile products. This is what makes Apple objected because the rate request is unreasonable.

"The demand royalties from Samsung many times those who have paid Apple for patent on the other side," Apple said in a statement in court hearings in California, USA.

No mention is what the patent in question is Apple. Simply categorized as an important industry standard patents, in which Samsung agreed melisensinya on competitors with certain conditions.

However, Samsung has denied deliberately raising prices on Apple. According to South Korean vendors, they offer the same royalty rates with other companies.
